Drew is 2+2+2

Last Sunday, was August 2nd which meant a HAppy BirthdaY celebration for Drew.Drew made sure that we knew that Transformers were to be part of the #6 Birthday party....and he ended up with 4 of them by the time he was done opening presents.....so he was very satisfied as they made their appearances.
NOTE OF CAUTION TO PARENTS: Some transformer toys, namely Optimus Prime, should come with a warning: "May take your entire day and every ounce of patience you have to transform from robot to truck.I found this picture of Drew at his 2nd Birthday party....he still has the same cute face and the same happy personality, just a much bigger body.....time really does go by too quickly!! It made my heart hurt to see just how fast he has grown!

WE LOVE YOU DREW!!

Here are just a few of the reasons why we love you so much:

  • cutest face
  • extremely kind-hearted
  • athletic skills to spare
  • very happy kid
  • smooth dance skills
  • gives the greatest hugs
  • wants to be friends and say hello to everyone
  • great buddy
  • great laugh
  • loves a good joke

you forgot great snuggler! We love you Drew too! So are you saying Optimus Prime does not change from robot to car as quickly in toy form as he does in the movie?

Aydan is opsessed with Transformers too, thanks to Grandma who took him to the movie. I also have been very frustrated with the Optimus Prime. It also sucks when you buy the toy and it doesn't even transform! Happy Birthday Drew! When's the baby due? 7 more weeks for us so don't rub it in to much.

Transformers are just a bad thing for mothers. Cohen now knows that he just has to wait for his dad to get home. :)

Now... lets see the post about you having a baby!

Happy Birthday Day Drew! Sad to think that we were there last year enjoying the bday festivities. Drew is such a sweetie pie. I want to kiss that cute face!

Happy late birthday Drew!! We bought Haddie Bumble Bee and needless to say....we took it back and got a much easier one to "transform"!! It's crazy how hard they make them for little kids!! (and DADS too):)

Here, here to the note of caution! Caden has some and I've given up trying to figure out how to transform some of them. :) Good luck!

Happy (belated) Birthday Drew! Wow there are a lot of birthdays this time of year... including that of the newest member of the Nestman Nest- even though you haven't posted shots we got the text so let us be the first to say CONGRATS in the blogging world! We're excited to meet the little lady. (Oh, and I'll admit that I can join in the chorus of Transformer complaints since Kempton already owns the difficult version of 'Bee' and we've had our share of turmoil!)
