Today we participated in the Susan G. Komen race for the cure in honor of our friends and family who are breast cancer survivors. I think that there were more than 16,000 participants. The pictures don't do justice to the crowd of people we had in front of us and behind us; it was amazing.
Drew and Sommer even took their turn running to support the cause.
Good for you guys! What a great family activity. The Mother's Day Program looks extra special too. We're counting down the days until we see you... on one hand now! (P.S. I love your new haircut Liz.)
What a cool tradition, for a great cause. Is it always the Saturday before Mother's Day? So I wish that we could count down the days on one hand too, but I guess we can do it with months :( Miss you guys!
First your hair is fantastic! It is great that you participated. I saw the balloons, etc. this weekend and wished I would have had it together enough to do it. It's a great cause.
